Outbreak festival has just announced the final acts of his 2015 line-up. If you were still in doubt on where to spend your bank holiday weekend on the 23rd and 24th of May, Outbreak has just made your choice a whole lot easier. With genres ranging from house, techno, bassline, garage and drum ‘n bass spread over 13 stages, the festival is ready to kick-off the summer festival season.
It is hard to believe that you weren’t already convinced by the first wave of acts announced by the festival. Gorgon city, Jamie Jones, Matthias Tanzman, Subb-an, Amin Edge & Dance, Yousef and Sven Väth, who is hosting his own stage, are only some of the artists that will bring the whole Raceway field and forest at Donington Park in a two day trance. No need to say, Leicestershire is where it’s at during the next bank holiday.
The new additions only confirm the diversity of the festival’s line-up. Urban sensation Katy B will perform a live set, as will KStewart, the vocalist of UK house duo Bondax. Reggae star Melissa Steel and Grime wonderboy Wiley are also set to perform at Outbreak. Second in line on the grime stage is JME, followed by already confirmed acts Skepta and Stormzy.
The line-up would not be complete without some other extra additions to the already impressive line-up of house deejays: Waze & Odyssey, Deetron, Nick Curly, Josh Butler and Armand Van Helden are just some of the other acts set to perform. Van Helden’s recent addition to the Ministry of Sound’s Masterpiece series confirms that this act is one worth sticking around for.

“The World of Drum’n Bass” stage has also been completed, with acts like London Electricity and Wilkinson headlining, The line-up is completed by other acts like Hazard, Shy FX and Black Sun Empire. Wilkinson has several releases on both RAM records and UKF and has definitelyt proven he has earned his place within the UK DnB circuit.

“The garage nation” stage adds Oxide & Neutrino to its already impressive line-up, which includes Artful Dodger, Preditah and Wookie.
